Return And Refund Policy

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind. Please review size charts carefully before placing your order.


Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for review, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item in its original condition and original packaging

  • Photos must be taken before the item is worn or washed

Claims submitted after 7 days, or without sufficient proof, will not be approved.

If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.


Exclusions

We do not cover:

  • Damage caused by wear, washing, or misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Claims showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration

  • Incorrect size selection


Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
